We're looking for a skilled SAP Basis Consultant to join our growing technical team in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you'll handle the installation, configuration, and ongoing administration of our SAP systems. As a result, you'll play a key part in keeping our SAP landscape stable, secure, and performing well.

What You'll Do

As a SAP Basis Consultant, you'll manage core Basis administration tasks. These include system installations, upgrades, system copies, and migrations. In addition, you'll work closely with our infrastructure team to maintain SAP HANA and Microsoft SQL Server databases. You'll also support both Linux and Windows environments that host our SAP systems.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Furthermore, they bring 3–4 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration and SAP NetWeaver. Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager is a strong plus. We are seeking an HR Specialist to oversee core HR functions, support organizational
development, and ensure a positive employee experience at Revival SAP

Requirements

3–4 years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to a broad range of HR
functions.
Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.

Lead end-to-end SAP Business One implementations for SME clients across Egypt and the region.

You will own project delivery from blueprint through go-live and hypercare, working directly with clients to understand their business processes and configure SAP B1 to meet their requirements.

Hands-on with Finance, Inventory, Sales & Purchasing modules
Strong client-facing and communication skills

Drive large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation projects for enterprise clients.

You will define business blueprints, lead fit-gap workshops, and oversee data migration — acting as the primary functional lead on major transformation engagements across Egypt and the region.
